Piles management
I have itching and bleeding. So to stop it , I make a pad kind thing with cotton and gauze and keep it there after applying cream. Is it ok to do so or not?

It’s not advisable to do such things without knowing the cause for itching and bleeding. Can be due to hemorrhoids or anal fissure which may require surgical management
