Piles in anus.
I've been having problem when I go for getting for fresh won't able get fresh fresh as it feels like pierce and having piles and when wash it with jet it fells like that a get a cut in anus and even after washing the anus it also burns and always having a little pain and burns too

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Piles can be in anus itself.
No where else.
Have a high fiber diet.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
Avoid smoking.
Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. . best regards.
