Piles ibs dyspepsia

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Hello i having frequent bowel movement 3 to 4 time a day and heart burn in morning and having piles and fissure. I had done stool report in that mucus missing rest is normal and blood report 11.9 hemoglobin pls recommend something. Is it ibs? Is it dyspepsia ? Is it because i having piles? I am confuse

Hello Sir, IBS commonly has diarrhea and constipation. If you are passing normal stools three to four times,it is less likely to be IBS. If you can describe your symptoms a bit in detail, it will be more helpful. Also please share your still report so that I can help you better.
