Piles ibs dyspepsia
Hello i having frequent bowel movement 3 to 4 time a day and heart burn in morning and having piles and fissure. I had done stool report in that mucus missing rest is normal and blood report 11.9 hemoglobin pls recommend something. Is it ibs? Is it dyspepsia ? Is it because i having piles? I am confuse

Hi....., Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function.... Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed..... Exercise promotes regular bowel movements and increases blood flow to all parts of your body, which may promote healing of an anal fissure.....I hope this helps...
