Piles? Do I need to proceed with surgery
Today I noticed that there is a swelling in the outside part of my anus. I'm having constipation and doing work from home for a long time. The swelling is external and lightly discomfort. I'm attaching a Google picture exactly how it looks. Please help me with this.
