Piles and constipation
I'm sufferering from piles and constipation. Have consulted a surgeon and taking medicine. Have relief in whole day pain but still suffering from constipation.during passing stool have unbearable pain. Help me getting relief from constipation. I'm thinking of taking cremadiet supplement please suggest would this supplement help or else suggest me other treatment. Thanx

usually due to anal fissure caused by constipation
use
oint LOX (Painkiller) any number of times
Oint Ditigesic twice/day
Looze syrup 10ml/twice per day
you can eat and drink anything but make sure you have vegetable and fruits (fibre) water 3lt/day walking for 30mins/day so that you can pass motion without any trouble
