Piles and consipation,hard stool
I am suffering from piles abd consipation at same time.usually i suffered from pain of hard stool .but from last 3 days my stool became too hard and due to pain of piles I am unable to pass it . I had taken creameffin last night but yet i didnt have bowel movement . Can you suggest how much i should take it to make my old hard stool soft and easy passable?

Take 30ml cremafin at nigt Salad and fruits  twic a day Curd at lunch Sit in warm water twic a day 5days
