Pigmentation/ sunburn
There is like this pigmentation happened on my arms all over. Like the patchy black cells. When I googled it showed me those could be signs of pigmentation like sun burn etc. It's only seen on both my arms. Since my completion is fair in colour, this seems to be highlighted when I wear clothes that expose my arms
