Pigmentation problem.

I have pigmentation problem on my face..its all uneven..was earlier on medication.. the doctor prescribed me some medicines like melacare and kojivit..after 1 month my skin was even but i dnt knw wht happened after 2 months again my skin was all uneven and black..i never stopped using the medicine given by my doctor. It looks like nothing is working on my skin now i really want my skintone to be even..the main problem area is around my lips. Need help
