Pigmentation Problem
I have developed dark brown spots on the cheek bones and it seems spreading...What can I take to reduce them.. It's clearly visible and no itching sensation..Please guide me..

from the description it looks like melasma which will require multiple session of treatment like creams, chemical peel and tablets.
