First thing you should do is to consult a qualified dermatologist who will take care of all the problems you are facing. Stop using any oil on your face as it will aggravate the problem. Do not self medicate or use products which are advertised for pimples or dark spots. Treatment of pimples is always individualized and depends on type of skin and severity of acne or dark spots.
