Please tell me solution for black marks in my face that cause me feel guilty also my face looks prematurely old very dark than extremities

According to Ayurveda their are 7 layers under the skin and treatment of dark spots need to be done from within. Facewash with gulbjal ( rose water), application of fresh aloe vera gel before bath and facial steam daily have found very helpful. Medicines like vyadhihatan Rasa, kumkumadi ointment and Clarina ointment can be used with consultation of Ayurvedic doctor.
