  4. Pigmentation on face. Solution (laser) ?

Pigmentation on face
Hi , I am having the pigmentation solar melanosis on cheek from more than 4 years and I am using sunscreen SPF 30 and above twice a day . And I am used below ointments 1.ban a tan 2.glyco 6 3.kojovic gel 4.melrio And many tablets . But there is no use and it is spreading . Can u suggest any better solution(laser)?
