I have dark spots on my face ...scars of acne also . My skin is normal type Pimples are appearing from last 5 yrs ..mbefore then i never had pimples on my face . dark spots are more on upper cheeks..

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

You need a good management for acne , marks, scars which usually lasts few months since you have it since 5 yrs. Consult properly with good images and history.

dont pick acne and use sunscreen when out avoid sugars , dairy , junk, stress, late nights. exc regularly. dnt use random products on face.
