  4. Pigmentation. Treatments for the same?

I have a strange itchy feeling on my forearms after i take bath. And my forearms have turned black now. The color of skin has completely changed. I visited few dermatologists but and according to them its just a sunburn or tan. But i dont find it the same. Please can anyone tell me why does this happen and the treatments for the same? Will be very thankful!
