Hello, I am in 35th week of pregnancy and i have developed black spots under my lower lip and also in the sides of my nostrils .. My neck too got darker than it was before... Even on my hands i have developed pigmentation.. Please suggest me a safe and effective in skin lightening cream to get rid of this.. Its really getting embarrassed by each passing day.. Thank you
