Pigmentation from acne scar
No acne, but pigmentation from previous pimple due to popping of pimple. Also, face and arms are 4-5 shades more tanned than rest of the skin

Hi , pigmentation can be corrected by using depigmenting creams. However for tan removal, you have to start using sunscreen to prevent further tan . Existing tan can be removed by using chemical peels. Please take appropriate photos for futher clarification.

There r creams, spot peels, lasers for acne pigmentation. For the pigmentation of face and undearms pls do a direct online consultation with good photographs.There r many causes for it.
