Greetings. Glutathione is not an answer to pigmentation. Glutathione is often used by people as a drug for fairness; however for you i would not recommend that, you need to firstly see a qualified dermatologist and seek diagnosis for you pigmentation - whether its uniform or blothcy / involving all areas of face or patchy, etc. As per the diagnosis made - treatment needs to be initiated. Use a sunscreen daily- to prevent further worsening of pigmentation. Hope this helps

Outdoor activities make our skin tan. The only option is to wear protective full sleeves clothing and cover as much as possible. Usage of a cap or hat and umbrella is encouraged. Skin already tanned can be treated with de-pigmenting creams and other oral medications. A good skin care regimen comprises 4 steps - cleansing, toning, moisturizing and sun block. Based on your skin type, a dermatologist will recommend you appropriate products. GLutathione can supplement but cannot work alone.
Next Steps
Your dermatologist will decide a treatment plan for you after a consultation.
Health Tips
Avoid Self Medications.
