Used to hve pimples during teenage but now pimples nt there but pigmentation has started arising from cheeks along with this small pimples turn into black mole protruded inside

I will be able to help you better if you can send images of the affected area. Pimples leave pigmentation on healing. Avoid picking on pimples, and avoid sun exposure. Apply Photostable gel 40 SPF (sunscreen) 10-15 min before going outdoor.
