Pigmentation and dark cir
I have pigmentation near eye and dark circles, using some serums but will it help more if I consult specialist? I don't want to any laser or cosmetic treatments but willing to use external serums or treatment? Either suggest a good doctor or serum I can use.

pigmentation around eye and dark circle can be because of varied reasons . usually chemical peels and other treatments help. but it can be reduced with serums as well. most important is to give eyes a relaxation, good sleep, proper diet, and to rule out some allergies which can present as dark circle. and of course not to forget shades.
