Hi so I have both my lower lobes pierced (ears) and they started having discharge and they Red and inflamed and I shower everyday and I clean the pierceings regularly and they are infected what can I do to heal this

Recurrent infections at the ear piercing site is usually because of allergy towards the metal used in ear stud. Sometimes it will be generalized metal allergy and you will be allergic to all metals. You may need to remove the stud and apply antibiotic ointment then change material of ear stud
