  4. Piece of skin attached to penis. I do?

Piece of skin attached to penis
Doctor a small piece of skin is attached to the bottom of my penis head, attaching it to the foreskin. More like leaver helping foreskin to cover penis head. I felt many times it causes me over sensation and pain while having intercourse and masterbation. What should i do?
