Piece of flesh descending from vagina

Asked for Female, 23 Years

This was a result of sex. Followed by little momentary bleeding. Few days later I discovered a pink piece of flesh descending from vagina. Lately I have been experiencing slight pain during sex because of this. I get a feeling that it is tearing away or something. What shall i do?
