I have had acne rosacea (mostly forehead and cheeks) for around a year, and it is now flaring up now that I am on my period. I popped a pimple on my cheek, and it got infected. I accidentally scratched it when I was washing my face and now I'm worried it will get worse. 1) How can I make sure my pimple doesn't get worse? 2) Any products for sensitive skin that you can recommend?

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
