Physically and mentally weak ...
From few days really feeling weak.. mentally weak too.. vitamin B12 is in borderline and D3 is low.. previously i took vitamin tablets ..again feeling weak and mentally tired too...any medicines too overcome the situation..

Physical and mental weakness at this young age is not a good thing. First we need to find why u have B12 or D3 deficiency. Unless we find that giving treatment is not very useful.
