Physical Issue.._help me.
I am 24years old guy. 5ft 7 inches tall weight 57 killo. Himoglobin- 15.1... In my family everyone is tall, my dad 5ft 9inch. My younger brother( age 16) 6ft 1 inch tall. I am very sad about my hight. Is my hight is normal..? As well as my voice is not much heavy. How can I ingress my night. Mainly my voice.. help me.

Hi, according to ur height, weight should be around 72kgs. And ur low pitched voice may be due to several reasons. Vocal nodule, vocal cysts, non specific laryngitis, muscle tension dysphonia, vocal cord paralysis, reinke's edema, spasmodic dysphonia, granuloma, submucosal hemorrhage etc...,or due to nasal causes. Kindly consult ur ENT surgeon....

increase in height depends upon heredity growth hormone growth plate present in the bones you are already 23 most of the growth plate will be replaced by metaphysis it is difficult to increase ur height u can meet endocrinologist and orthopaedician.... voice depends upon vocal cord thickness and length....kindly consult ent specialist. .
