Phycological or physical ?
I regularly smoked weed from past 6 years ,even with the heavy workload that I have 1 day , after returning home after a tiring day I smoked again and felt a weird sensation in the back of my head and felt dizzy (or rather unstable like , not dizziness precisely because I can walk straight ) , I have never been dizzy before so I panicked and rushed to the hospital , the doc told me it’s ntg , even did the ECG which was normal ! And then I got discharged but since then I feel unstable sometimes

I am able to understand your concern. Starting to use weed that too in such a young age has a very negative impact on the mental health of a person. It causes a wide range of symptoms from panic to psychotic. It is easily manageable with appropriate treatment. If based at bangalore then NIMHANS is the best option. Some counselling sessions along with medical help also might be needed for you. I would also be more than happy to help you with that if you are looking for online assistance. I speak kannada as well. Discussions will be held confidential. You can directly consult with me through Practo as needed. Online chat consultation is available.
