PTK is generally for superficial scar removal only upto 60-70 microns of corneal depth below epithilium and not for deeper scars
PTK + PRK can give you better vision without glasses but no guarantees for 6/6 vision as it depends on a lot of causative factors of your case
cost can vary from around 20-30k per eye generally
