Phimosis tight foreskin
Hi I have partial phimosis. I dont want to undergo circumcision. Any cream or exercise would do the help ?

You should consult a doctor and get examined to see if you require surgery. For conservative management you can try applying temovate cream twice daily for 4 weeks, but use after consulting a doctor.
