Phimosis/Paraphimosis/Tight frenulum
Few years ago, When I researched on the internet. I realized that I might've been suffering from paraphimosis because my foreskin doesn't go all the way back like it should. Even my frenulum connecting my penis to my foreskin is very short and I might have frenulum breve too. It's hard to maintain erection during sex because of the incomplete stimulation. So I just wanted to what is the most easiest and safest way to get rid of this problem. Preferably without surgery.
