Frequent shortness of breath,headaches. Got malaria and typhoid 2 y back. Shortness of breathing while playing.

13 years of age and moderate restriction on PFT looks effort related problem and not actual problem.. you must be having low stamina and hence PFT was not performed properly.. regular exercises would improve your problem..
