Pet dog teeth scratch with lil bleeding

My pet dog was playing with me and i got his teeth scratched against mine leg and it bled a little He is vaccinated against rabbies And i washed the wound with detol water and applied some mustard oil with lemon juice in it Do i need to get vaccinated ??
