Thanks for sharing the report . Disease is still persisting, I can’t comment on the on improvement without seeing the previous PET CT / CT scan report . Ideally this patient should have got a PET CT at the start of treatment to stage the disease and for comparisons . Your doctor may have done some other imaging at the start of treatment to stage the disease , which actually decides the treatment plan and then had done this to evaluate the response -so without knowing the the initial stage I can’t comment on the response or treatment plan . Considering this a below diaphragm only disease -complete the treatment with 2 more cycles of chemotherapy ( R- CHOP) followed by radiation , will be the ideal treatment plan . Deauville score - is a kind of score that we use to say the response of lymphomas - your patient will be having as crore of 4or 5 ( both are suggestive of persistent disease)
Next Steps
Continue treatment

Hi My suggestion is get an previous imaging also and get it compared. Iam not aware of the stage. Usually in early stage DLBCL we will give 4RCHOP followed by 2 R (my preference) or otherwise 6 RCHOP for advanced stages. If there is a residual disease post treatment ( like ur fathers pet) we would like go and consolidate active sites with Radiation.
Next Steps
Compare pet cat reports with baseline
