Persisting fever for four days
I have been having on and off fever since four days. I am taking antibiotic and paracetamols but the fever remains the same. I have running nose and dry cough and loss of appetite. Please advise

Please Take Lukewarm water three times a day Take steam inhalation with vicks thrice a day Tab oncet cf 1 two times a day Tab pan 1 tab once a day Cap clavum 625mg 1 Twice a day And Cap tulsi by Himalaya 2  Twice a day All for 3 to 5 days Reconsult if needed
