Persistent Throat Redness

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have a persistent redness in my throat for several months, there is no pain, but occasional irritation. I have done the antibiotic course for 5 days with no relief. Can you suggest possible cause and potential ways to deal with it? I would be highly grateful to you.
