Persistent juvenil ptrn
There is improper flow of blood to the heart. Doc has told no medications required and to do a 2d test after a year. Need ur suggestion. Is it a serious cardiac problem n need medication?

Persistent juvenile pattern is a common finding on the ecg especially for a 11 year old child. If the child has no symptoms no evaluation is required.a 2d echo may not be necessary. It does not mean improper flow to the heart in a cold or a young person
