Persistent itching and redness
Suffering from itching and redness of skin , more than 2 years .started with itching near anal area , consulted general surgeon , thought hemorrhoid . After checking he advised to see dermatologist. After medication it went off but came back strongly.Now on an off I have itching and redness in anus, scrotum , foreskin , medication not working

Candidial infection is common on foreskin and anal area. It can be treated. It can cause very severe habitual scratching and pleasure sensation. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. Do not use soap over these areas.
