Persistent blocked nose/headaches
Hi I've been suffering from a blocked nose, sneezing, itchy nose, headadaches/ migraines and now a scratchy dry throat, also its making me feel really tired and want to sleep all the time, sometimes im sleeping 12 to 17 hours because i feel really drained. All of these symptoms have become increasingly worse and persistent for the past few months. I've tried over the counter nasal sprays and medications and they don't really seem to help or solve the problem over the long hall.

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays for few months to year for long term benefits. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit
