Persistent anxiety
I had depression 2 and a half years back, but my family wasn't supportive so they denied seeking help. I got over it but now I have major anxiety issues. My past haunts me too bad and I start drawing comparisons with my past and my present. E.g.- I'm unable to have a normal relationship because I end up feeling my boyfriend of 1 yr will do the same what my ex did to me even though he has always told me he won't. He gets irritated and I start hating myself and fear he'll lose interest in me.
