Persistent and painful acne.
I have bad acne. They're all over my face - on my cheeks, chin and forehead. Face washes and soaps do not suit my skin. Even a mild pears face wash or dove bar cause breakouts after continuous use for more than 4 days @ once per day. When I go outside, even though I wash my face afterwards, I breakout. I always have 3-4 pimples on my face.

May be your facing higher grade of acne.
Kindly check your harmonal profile for pcos, ultrasound abdomen & pelvis in the 3rd to 5th day of your menstrual cycle.
Use soap free cleansing lotion like Moiz cleansing lotion or cetaphil cleansing lotion for face wash, can use ZindermBN gel on spots in the night & D'acne plus gel on spots,
morning, after D'acne plus gel application apply episoft AC spf 30 cream all over the face.
