Asked for Male, 36 Years

Hi, I have large wart on index finger and it's spreading, took blood test, monocytes absolute is reported as 0.03. Is it due to this I contracted HPV? Anything that can be done before going to invasive procedures like laser? Tried veroma & Liq nitrogen. They seem to aggravate the condition and spreading started after using them. Please help me.
