Periods while traveling
I am on my 2nd day of periods and i am traveling to banglore today night. It is an unavoidable trip. I eat mephthal spas wen i get heavy cramps.. 2nd day nights are usualy tough. I m gonna travel on a sleeper class bus. So is there a way i can travel confortable without heavy flow

Yes definitely if you are traveling and find the flow during periods heavier..you cn take tab trapic MF twice daily for 3 days..
It ll reduce your pain as well as bleeding both..
