  4. Periods twice in a month. Again periods?

Periods twice in a month
Hello doctors! I got covid on 19april and my periods during covid on 23-27 april . Periods flow was as per my periods routine. I got tested negatv on 6 may and from 6may i got my periods again..and flow is as same as my normal periods...covid and these periods are causing so mch weakness...what should i do now? What could be the cause for again periods?
