Hi Doctor
My wife is suffering from acute periods pain since before married. Initially Doctors said its common phenomena for the ladies and advised to take COMBIFLAM in case severe pain.
Since then She used to take this medicine when ever felt severe pain, usually in all periods.
Now the side effects of Combiflam tablet seems as instant swelling of face.
Hence You are requested to advise proper treatment and medicines in the cases of severe pain in periods .Is any substitute of Combiflam tablet to be taken in such situation? Please advise.
