Periods - reg
Hi , I have started to go to gym after 3 years from this July 2nd. I do only cardio (4-5 days a week) amd burn minimum 300 calories to max 500 calories. I have an 22 months old toddler. I used to have regular periods with cycle 30-35 days. Periods last no longer than 5 days. This month Periods started on July 13th. I still have my periods . Today is 11th day . Can anyone confirm if this is normal or should I visit an gynecologist in person ? Thanks !

11 days is longer than normal — periods should be 3-7 days. Starting intense cardio after a gap can temporarily disrupt hormone balance, especially with a toddler and post-partum hormonal changes still settling. Get CBC (to check for anemia), TSH, and see a gynec if bleeding continues past 14 days or is heavy. Reduce exercise intensity a bit for now.
Next Steps
Consult me on Practo or visit a gynec if it doesn't stop in the next 2-3 days.
