Periods problem
On first or second of my periods iam getting acidity and vomiting.ever water or any food is not digesting due to acidity n vomiting it .help me out

Thanks for expecting Health n fittness with Holistic Ayurved, its vitiated kaf-Vataj issue so plz have warm buttermilk by adding thyme, cumin seeds till u consult AYURVEDIC Dr who may share med n basti therapy followed.
