Periods problem.
My periods are not happening regularly...severe body pains...I am 19 years old...I feel tired when the date gets closer...is this a serious problem??

It's normal.whtever is happening is called premenstrual syndrome.not to worry .no need to take medicine to regularise menses. If u want to start then you can take syp gynedol 2tsp in night for 3 months
