Periods Problem - My Periods Are Irregular My Circle Can

My periods are irregular My circle can vary 32-33 days to 45 days. This time I was having cramps from day 40 and did UPT on 43rd day , it was negative . It's day 46 cramps are still there . But no periods till now . No spotting or anything else . Just cramps Is it normal and I should wait or what?
