If you've had sexual intercourse during this time period kindly do a UPT(urine pregnancy test). If you haven't kindly meet your OBGYN and undergo further investigations such as CBC, thyroid profile, ultrasound to find the underlying cause for the delay in periods. To make the periods regular you can do the following steps:
- Avoid fatty/fried/junk food
- Exercise regularly
- Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation
- Maintain a healthy body and diet
- Have vegetable juices
- Include corn, beets, lettuce, drumsticks, and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet
- Avoid smoking and alcohol
