PERIODS PROBLEM( LESS BLEEDING)

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I will get periods every month regularly, but bleeding is only a drop.. it just shows me that i got this month periods. And no more bleeding will happen.. doctor tested me and said No thyroid and blood is also as per required.. another gynec said me there are water bubbles inside my stomach.will this CAUSE ME ANY PROBLEM in future.AGE 21
